As a multi gold award winning sugarcraft artist and baking tutor of more than 15 years, I can help you with my combination of experience and patience. Teaching is what I love doing the most, and students return again and again.

I focus on quality not quantity of new skills learnt. I dedicate classes to techniques so you can learn perfectly, practice under my guidance and be able to recreate those skills again.

My teaching doesn't stop when you leave and I encourage all students to contact me if there are any questions or troubleshooting needed after each class - even just to source new tools.

 

If a class you'd like to book is full, or has no date scheduled, please get in touch and I will see what dates I can offer.

 

Please make sure you bring any special drinks other than water, tea, coffee, as well as a light  lunch. Everything else (tools, materials, ingredients) are supplied, but a pen would be useful.

 

Please note that most class ingredients include allergens, so please get in touch if you need more information on individual classes and possible options.

If a participant is under 16, please get in touch to make sure that the chosen class is suitable.

For most classes you will be working on your own, with your own tools and equipment. In others you may be required to share or work in pairs.

I advise you to carefully check you are available for the date before you book as unfortunately dates cannot be changed or rescheduled.
