I had such a great time today as usual.

You are a fabulous teacher, so patient and encouraging. I cannot paint and didn’t think I would be able to achieve what I did today however with your expert and thoughtful teaching all your students come away with amazing creations.

Today was my 10th class with you and ever since my first lesson you have given me the confidence to try new techniques and be creative so thank you so much for that especially as I find it so therapeutic as well which is brilliant because of my stressful job.

It is my favourite one yet! Only because the outcome is so impressive and looks so complicated (our little secret!).
You are right so many people I have shown the cake too were completely impressed, "that's your best one yet", "amazing" "that's must have taken forever" "so much detail" if only they knew!
I'm so glad I have come back to class I had the best day.

I just wanted to attach a photo of the cake I made for my nephews wedding . It almost went exactly as I wanted, needless to say there are always things to improve upon in the future! Thank you for the advice given during the courses taken with you, I kept referring to you course notes and to the decorated cakes made during the sessions.

This is just a little thank you to say, the cake was amazing!!!! All we wished for and more. Everyone was commenting before even trying to say how wonderful it looked and once they tried have said it tasted amazing!
We are still to try the cake but have the top tier at home ready to taste and can not wait.

Wow! Your chocolate cake is amazing. Mark and I are really enjoying devouring it. So moist. Is there a hint of chilli in there? So far 6 of us have eaten it and all think it is the best cake they have tasted.
