About the Class
During this class you will learn:
- How to prepare a real rich chocolate cake ready to ganache
- How to cover your cake with ganache and make beautiful sharp edges for the perfect base
- How to cover your cake with sugarpaste icing and learn how to acheive the contemporary sharp edged finish
- Make a large rose in graduated shading in the colour of your choice, along with pretty rose petals to cascade down the cake.
All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.
This is a fun class with a maximum number of 3 students, you can book as a group of friends or come on your own and share your love of baking with a like-minded group.
