You will be creating:

• Cookies & Cream - an Oreo lover's dream
• Elderflower & Lemon - A royal choice
• White Chocolate Raspberry - Classic, perfect paired flavours.

Three beautiful bakes worthy of the most high end boutique tearoom.

Learn how to bake these three sponge cakes. I will teach you about syrups, ganaches and frostings!

During this class you will:

• Learn how to prepare tins for use.
• Learn about ingredients
• Bake from scratch the most delectable dark cookies and cream cake (6"/15cm 3 layer sponge)
• Bake from scratch the royal wedding cake choice of delicate elderflower and lemon (6"/15cm 3 layer sponge)
• Bake from scratch our heavenly white chocolate raspberry cake (6"/15cm 3 layer sponge)
• Learn about and make syrups to add extra flavour
• Learn about chocolate ganache
• Make raspberry and elderflower buttercreams
• Make swiss meringue Oreo buttercream
• After baking three sponge cakes with different methods, making syrup, learning about ganache and making three different buttercreams, learn how to trim and assemble your cakes professionally
• Cover your cakes with your delicious buttercreams and pipe swirls on top
• Add some decoration to make your layers luscious

ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE FORWARDED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND BOOKING CONFIRMED. THIS WILL INCLUDE CLASS NOTES, LIST OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO TAKE PART IN THE CLASS AND ZOOM CLASS RULES, AS WELL AS YOUR INVITATION TO THE ZOOM CLASS.

Zoom is a free app downloadable on mobile or PC/laptop etc. It may be useful to have somewhere to stand your device, I can help advise by watching you work - but this is not essential if you are happy to pick up your device to show where you need advise. 

You do not need to join by video, although this is advisable - you can just aim the device at your work place - you do not need to be on camera at all (although Zoom has a great touch up available pre meeting !).

Please contact me if you require assistance purchasing items or accessing the Zoom platform (if I can do it - anyone can!). 

If you are local and able to collect tools, I may be able to hire out sets depending upon availability. There will be a hire fee and a refundable deposit required (to cover the cost and replacement of unreturned items, refunded upon safe receipt if complete kit).
