Giant Cupcake Class

During this class you will:

• Bake your own giant cupcake from scratch and prepare ready for decoration with our very own specially developed technique.
• No more sinking/burnt bases!
• No more messy chopped edges waiting to be revealed when the cake is cut!
• Choose from a large selection of colour schemes and flavours
• Learn how to make sugarcraft daisies and leaves using different sugarcraft tools to achieve different results
• Learn how to use letters and make our signature personalised plaque
• Make a colour co-ordinated candy wrapper to encase your cupcake
• Learn how to cover, emboss and ribbon your board for that professional finish
• Learn how to make our coveted two tone rose swirls

Cupcake and refreshments will be available all day. All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.

This is a fun class with a maximum number of 6 students, you can book as a group of friends or come on your own and share your love of baking with a like-minded group.
