Geode Cake Class £125

During this class you will learn:

• How to prepare, torte and fill, then crumb coat a real sponge cake
• How to cover your cake with smooth sugarpaste icing
• How to create a marbelling effect
• How colours work. Get the right balance and mix to make your cakes stunning
• How to cut and shape your cake
• How to make geode crystals
• How add painted gold/silver accents
• How to use real gold and silver leaf to add accents
• Attaching crystals so they stay put
• Finishing details

All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.

This is a fun class with a maximum number of 4 students, you can book as a group of friends or come on your own and share your love of baking with a like-minded group.
