Back by popular demand, my Novelty Christmas Cupcakes Class.

At my Christmas Cupcakes class:

• Decorate 12 Christmas novelty cupcakes!
• Create professional tops for your cupcakes
• Learn how to make beautiful sugarcraft decorations
• Make Christmas models
• Learn how to make flat and domed tops as well as several piping techniques.
• Use several different decorative materials including sugarpaste, florist paste and buttercream. 
• Learn how each material is used, how to colour and how to prepare each for use on your cupcakes.
• Learn basic modelling and how to get started in this huge area of cake decorating.

We will give you helpful tips and tricks to help you gain confidence.

Please note there is no baking in this class. You will be provided with ready prepared cupcakes to use. Recipes and notes provided on the day. Photo representative of what you will make, may differ from that pictured.

Cupcake and refreshments will be available all day. All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.

This is a fun class with a maximum number of 6 students, you can book as a group of friends or come on your own and share your love of baking with a like-minded group.
