During The Chocolate Advent Calendar Class you will learn how to:
Correctly temper and use the finest quality Belgian couverture
Make different flavour ganaches with different chocolates
Make solid moulded chocolates in a seasonal theme
Make various alcoholic or non alcoholic truffles (eg orange, Baileys, Cointreau)
Make milk chocolates spheres
