Chocolate Advent Calendar Class £125

During The Chocolate Advent Calendar Class you will learn how to:

• Correctly temper and use the finest quality Belgian couverture
• Make different flavour ganaches with different chocolates
• Make solid moulded chocolates in a seasonal theme
• Make various alcoholic or non alcoholic truffles (eg orange,  Baileys, Cointreau)
• Make milk chocolates spheres
• Make your calendar and insert a selection of truffles and chocolates!

All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.

Please bring a light lunch and any special drinks. Tea and coffee and a cupcake provided.
