About the Class
During this class you will learn:
- How to carve and shape a real cake
- How to prepare a real cake: level, fill, crumb coat
- How to panel a cake with fondant/sugarpaste
- How to create a fun real cartoon cake slice! (6" cake size)
- How to make a sketch black and white version in full cake form
- Why this technique works so well in tricking the eye!
All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.
Please bring a light lunch and any special drinks. Tea and coffee and a cupcake provided.
