About the Class
Make different pastries, creme patisserie, chantilly cream, scones, tartlets and meringues.
At this class you will learn:
- How to whip up the most perfect, slightly chewy, meringue kisses
- How to bake perfect fruit scones
- How to bake delectable raspberry and frangipane sweet pastry tartlets
- How to make choux pastry and create profiterole and mini eclairs filled with chantilly cream
You will be working in pairs approximately 1/4 of the time; otherwise all students will have the use of their own tools and equipment - including their own freestanding electric mixer (Kenwood).
Please note the number of items baked/produced may vary.
Cupcake and refreshments will be available all day. All materials, ingredients and tools will be provided along with class notes.
This is a fun class with a maximum number of 4 students, you can book as a group of friends or come on your own and share your love of baking with a like-minded group.
